Colour General and Creative, with PSA EID Recognition. The image size is not to exceed 1024 x 768 pixels with a resolution of 72dpi in IBM-PC compressed jpeg file format. The file size of each file should not exceed 1 MB. Image can either be sent by e-mail attachment to the Salon Chairman at: salon@uapa.com.hk, or on floppy disk or CD-ROM by post to the Salon chairman. The organizer will not be held responsible for computer errors in reading the images. Image files & CDs will not be returned.

File Name (DO NOT USE THE TITLE FOR FILE NAME):

The file name coding will be on 16 maximum characters, in 4 parts (xx-x-surname-####.jpg):

-   The first part is the sequential number for the photo, D1 to D4, according to the Entry Form.

-   The second part is the first character (initial) of author’s given name (first name).

-   The third part is the author’s surname (family name).

-   The fourth part is the last four digits of author’s phone number.

-   Followed by “.jpg”

-   Only figures, letters and minus signs are allowed, and the letters to be in block letters.

           Example:       John DOE, Phone No. 123-456-7890 submitted 4 images. File names should be as follow:

                                D1-J-DOE-7890.jpg, D2-J-DOE-7890.jpg, D3-J-DOE-7890.jpg, D4-J-DOE-7890.jpg
